By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this website disclaimer are reasonable. If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this website.

All brand names, product and service names and titles and copyrights used in this site are trademarks, trade names, service marks or copyrights of their respective holders. No permission is given by Little Rock Kaikoura for their use by any person other than the said holders and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.

We endeavour to present you with accurate and trustworthy information at all times, we cannot however guarantee that every piece of information on our web site is true, up to date and accurate at all times.

Orders
All pricing displayed is New Zealand GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.
Little Rock Kaikoura will not be held responsible for orders that are declined. Any products which have been ordered. In the case of non-supply, we will make an explanation for our decision available to you.
We ensure security of all credit card transactions performed on the site with use of encryption technology. We will validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the address provided in your registration form.
Delivery
We only deliver to registered addresses in New Zealand and Australia. All orders are sent via NZ Post. Over size items are sent via courier or freight.
Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed.
Returns and Exchanges
Products can be returned to Little Rock Kaikoura. You will need to contact Colette on colette@littlerockkaikoura within 48 hours of receiving the goods. The product needs to be in as new condition with original packaging and all tags attached. You cannot return products that state they are non-returnable or refundable on the website unless it has been damaged during the delivery or the wrong product has been delivered.
If you would like to exchange your item, please get in contact with us and we will confirm if the new item is available or not. There are no exchanges on sale items so please choose carefully.
Some items on the website will state whether the item is non-returnable, please be aware of these items.
Refunds for faulty product or incorrect product sent
We apologise if you have received a product that is faulty, or if you have received the incorrect product in error by us. You are welcome to an exchange or refund. Please contact us at colette@littlerockkaikoura.com
Damaged, Lost or Defective Products
If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery, please do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the product came in. Please contact at colette@littlerockkaikoura.com and we will organise the return of the product for inspection and will endeavour to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Customer must return prepaid to Little Rock Kaikoura within 10 days any Products that are damaged, or notify colette@littlerockkaikoura.com of any lost or incomplete deliveries so that Little Rock Kaikoura can inspect the Products or lay claim against the carrier. Failure to do so will result in the claim being declined.
Little Rock Kaikoura reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion whether it will accept the return of any Products for credit, repair or replacement. Little Rock Kaikoura will not accept return of any product that has been tampered with, where the damage has resulted from misuse or incorrect storage by the Customer or where the Product is expressly sold on a no-returns basis. Where returned product is not accepted they will be returned to Customer at the customer’s cost. Receipt by Little Rock Kaikoura of returned product does not constitute acceptance for any purposes.
